REFUND POLICY

At Health Within, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns We accept returns on unopened and undamaged products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@healthwithin.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
